The tank body of this 32,000-liter fuel tanker trailer is constructed from high-strength steel and fabricated using automated welding processes. This ensures stable voltage and current, resulting in more uniform, higher-strength weld seams. Before shipment, every tanker trailer undergoes a series of rigorous tests—including X-ray/laser flaw detection, hydrostatic pressure testing, and airtightness testing—to guarantee the safety and reliability of the vehicle for our customers.
The client is an oil transportation company primarily engaged in the transport of crude oil, gasoline, diesel, and asphalt. After learning through our website that INTAI is the largest manufacturer of oil tanker trailers in China—a fact subsequently verified by a mutual acquaintance—the client conducted a thorough assessment of our company.
