We have adopted advanced and developed equipment for production, for example large laser plate cutting machine, large laser proﬁle cutting machine, thousand ton dish head pressing machine, CNC plate welding machine, CNC four-roll plate coiling machine, CNC baﬄe assembling machine, etc. We have adopted advanced robot automatic welding line, assembling line and automatic painting production line for all trailers with sand blasting.

Hongtai group has been certiﬁed with ISO 9001-2005 quality management system , ISO 14001:2015 national environment management system, BS OHSAS 18001:2007 National Occupational Health and safety management system, national CQC product compulsory certiﬁcation,china classiﬁcation society, IATF 16949:2016 and ASME certiﬁcate. The group is approved with special truck manufacturing with the industrial product production license issued by the State Administration of Quality Supervision and Inspection, with the pressure vessel design (A1A2C2)manufacturing (A2C2) qualiﬁcation, but also obtained the national vehicle export qualiﬁcation and foreign trade rights.
