Through communication with the Zambian customers, it was discovered that the bottom plate of the previously purchased flatbed trailer they bought had serious issues such as leaks and wear. In response to this situation, the INTAI designers provided an excellent solution. They replaced the steel of the bottom plate with wear-resistant steel, and also equipped the bottom with 6 U-shaped reinforcing bars. This not only solved the problem of the bottom plate wear but also addressed the issue of the bottom plate having holes.
The flatbed trailer is equipped with professional heavy-duty suspension from Africa, and additional steel plates are added on both sides of the suspension for reinforcement, significantly enhancing the stability of the suspension. Reduce tire wear.
